Something like this would cost a lot more than what you have mentioned in OP.

depends on the scope of the project. it may be some new residential complex with 10 buildings, supermarket, pharmacy, post office, starbucks and organic shop. Or new smart city for 250 000 people, that are mainstream in UAE, Asia, Holland and even Russia.  Cool
Technology is simple and cheap, no bigdata, nanotechnologies or stem cells. Just a little bit plastic and air.

This is way too ambitious .Big corporations like Amazon have some ideas about creating shopping drones/bots and i don`t think they have any success.
Coonecting my fridge with a pipe to all the shops sounds like an utopia.This project requires a few billion dollars investment to be successfull.
By the way,i thought that the city traffic is mostly because of the people going to work,not the people going to shop. Grin

You seriously think drone delivery cannot be a success? Don't you think in the future people who shop online could buy a "landing mat" or even get one free on a purchase of over $30? Then when they want delivery simply put your mat out in your back yard or whatever and you are good to go. The biggest problem is not the delivery itself, but if your neighbors will steal from you if you are not home.

I think you are grossly underestimating the cost of the project. Something like this would cost a lot more than what you have mentioned in OP. Please consult a business consultant to give you more accurate numbers and then think of going for an ICO or approaching a delivery company to "test-run" this idea.

Thanks for the comments, may I offer a different vision of this situation? People every couple of days go to the shops, restaurants, buy bread, food, beer and cigarettes. Every house in 17 floors consumes in a day up to 2 tons of food!!!! 20 houses 40 tons. All that you need to bring. The system may well develop in new buildings.
