You are based in South America and you don't haven any plans on introducing trading in some southern american currencies?
Your aim is to be global exchange platform and compete with already existing and established USD, EUR or CNY trading platform?
You will have to offer something really great to be able to entice customers.

already been to Bitcoinindustry since 2012, we now start our own crypto business from Southern America to provide the community with a strong and helpful tool to exchange their coins and fiat money. There are some exchanges around, we know, but we are different. In any way. Our focus is on security & privacy.
As you all know, there were many exchanges "hacked" in the past, and ridiculous "losses" destroyed the trust in exchanges. This is the reason why we decided not to implement wallet features into our application. It should remind our users to use safe wallet platforms for storing their coins and not to leave them on an exchange. The only time coins leave the accessibility is when you sent them to be exchanged into another currency.
For payment options, we thought to offer our users beside regular e-wallets like Perfect Money and OKPAY, a safe solution to cashout their coins by cash in mail across the US & Europe (we currently establish partnerships all over the world to increase this feature and the shipment time) . More anonymity is impossible
We are working on a user-friendly interface, enabling our clients to focus on the requirements they really need from an exchange: The change itself. Transparently shown which rate we use, there are no hidden fees and commissions as on many other websites.
Now it's your turn to take part of it. Decide and discuss which payment methods you'd prefer to use and also think of possible other features.
We plan to launch the platform on 01.05.2016 - stay tuned

The trend is soon towards decentralised exchanges like InstantDEX and B&C Exchange now, so if you're planning a centralised exchange you won't be able to compete.

Nice idea, so the exchange system is not use a wallet exchanges service, how to exchange it? It's use some temporary wallet?

Hello,
Can you give us more information of the type of exchange.
Also regarding the engine, software etc.
The withdraw systems sound great but there should be more information about differentiating you from your competitors.
Do you have plans of expanding into asia. We can probably support you on that.

On the 1st of April ? Are you sure if this is the best sort of timing for launching a new exchange? Probably, for days after the launch people will still keep guessing what was the joke (instead of depositing) .

Well as you mentioned, you guys have established partnership all over the world but it seems your more focus on US & Europe only so an expand to Asia would be an improvement (since it's also a big market). Regarding the option cashout through mail, I have to admit, that will be great but isn't it will make the process a bit pricey? And lastly how many percentage would be the fee for exchanges?
