This is what happened. Blockchain.info AND blockexplorer were down while your transaction was confirmed. Our system was prepared to seek for unconfirmed transactions every 20 seconds but we didn't expect any transaction would be confirmed while the two systems were down. We've fixed the situation and now it will seek even confirmed transactions to see if they aren't in our database and then include them.
We have just emulated this situation and tested that this is not going to happen again.
What happens now? First of all, Satoshi Spin includes all bets as soon as it sees it, so now it has 'seen' yours and the bet is placed. Being said that, we want also to refund your bitcoins for the inconveniences, and hope you win this week's spin. Remember that with every bet it is placed the system recalculates who's going to be the winner so even when you're not winning right now, maybe someone places a bet and you get the lucky place
