Feel so sorry for anyone who gotten hurt.
That doesn’t even make sense. It would be much easier and less work to just take a snapshot of wallet addresses on the blockchain to send out unsolicited tokens directly. Do you know how Ethereum even works? That would also be very expensive on gas and pointless for the project to do.
OCC has only given out its own tokens, and to people that actually wanted them. It’s done this only twice, once with their 56 billion token self-drop, which ended in March, and currently, they are doing a bounty contest for Mercatox voting.
Before spreading misinformation and FUD, please verify the facts or offer some proof to substantiate your claims.
