Looks like someone donated, and we are now paying 0.02776862 BTC(~$20) per commit.

We are currently using Tip4Commit to automatically reward anyone who submits an accepted pull request. At least check we were paying 200 mBTC per commit. I am willing to throw a few more BTC at the tip address if I start seeing good work.
