I can't think of a reliable oracle system that would make this work. There are too many ways to cheat the system just to earn some coins and if someone finds out a way to cheat the system, that reduces the value of the coin significantly as it undermines the major use case.
No matter what we or anyone does, there will always be someone trying to cheat the system. But we are focusing on those that actually want to see results. We will have some that download the app and fake the stats to earn,but it will not be easy as there are extra steps for verification not yet released that will keep those from just putting anything into the macros counter. I would state what those steps are but I can guarantee once I say them there is someone looking for a way to beat it already!lol However I would lover more info on the oracle system you spoke of.. We can not go without an exchange. People that are mining and staking will want a place to trade.. That is the reason for only 1 exchange being released in Q1 so we don't overload people with exchanges while we complete roadmap task
I think you should prioritize the development and release of the platform rather than listing it in exchange, because I see that listings on exchanges will occur in Q2, while the KETOsis platform will be released in Q4.

SkunkHash is a hashing algorithm that was developed for the Signatum cryptocurrency. The official release date was mid-2017. The peculiarity of SkunkHash and the asset is the use of PoW/PoS generation system. Proof-of-stake system came recently when a part blocks the whole issue has already been extracted. The algorithm is secure and it is also fairly intense. Even though it is suitable for mining with CPU it is not recommended. The next version of the algorithm is called SkunkHash Raptor.

Everyone after great conversations with the community this morning in discord,we have decided to make a couple of changes to the coin specs. Changes are listed below.
-Coin premine will no longer be 5%. Premine will consist of 1 million KETO coins to be used for the EARLY ADOPTERS pay(Must join discord to enter), and we will implement a dev fund via block reward of 5% per blk.
-Secondly the POW period has been extended an extra 100k blks so it is now blk 2-231400. Miners are apart of crypto as well and we want to give them a longer opportunity to gain coins by supporting our network.
-Algo still to be decided but if you have not been made aware we are leaning towards SkunkHash at the moment.. All updates will reflect on main post soon.
