this is bad, because now crypto market in good performance, but a lot of project will dead, because the dev team didn't serious with their project

Not surprised, because majority of the ICO’s brought by hype are dead managed by bunch of scammers and liars. Don’t believe in projects that promise scratch, best if they could develop a working product first before they can conduct any fund raising. As an investors it is important that we should learn to self investigate any company that were interested to gamble with because they can easily disappear without traces.

Hello, is prepayway is a scam? some contents of its bitcointalk thread has been deleted and telegram channel has been blocked. It has announced that it would resume its activities and open telegram at the end of June. June has finished. But there is neither any announcements nor any admin appears to give updates on its progress.
I have contacted admins many times, but no response so far. What is the matter?

Current market conditions are challenging and outright adverse for token sale at the moment. As of today, the exact date of the TGE has not been set. It will be determined based on the maturity of the project and on market readiness.

With the right timing of InBit token issuance, the rapid and efficient adoption will be achieved with less effort and lower risk. Before the token issuance, we plan to hold a crowdfunding campaign, in which participants will get an opportunity to invest in the company engaged in the development
of the products for our ecosystem.

At this point, it would be premature to speculate about whether or not we will reach the 50 mln. hard cap for the TGE. The ecosystem development will be financed by the funds raised during the crowdfunding equity campaign.

Furthermore, subsequent rounds of crowdfunding are planned upon reaching certain business development milestones.

Both parties will have the opportunity to provide their evidence before it is sent to the arbitrators.
We have a network of arbitrators, therefore the process goes through our ecosystem, but is not done fully automatically as in the end it will reach professional arbitrators who will look through all the evidence and justifications provided and make their judgement based on all the available information.

How will this system know how to make a fair decision on a case? How can both sides defend themselves when a dispute arises if it’s all been done automatically?

The person who is responsible for paying the fees is agreed in the contract.
