Well, the scheme desc. above is NOT
real OTP system, but weird kind of unstudied stream cipher with unknown weaknesses.
Better to encrypt with QUAD(2,320,320) <160 bit of security>
or QUAD(2,640,640) <320 bit>
However it is possible to construct
good OTP generator for very sensitive data.
One just needs to feed the output of
couple good CSPRNGs to the randomness
extractor => good OTP will be produced.
