In the end of November we launched our Chapter Network with quite a remarkable success. That month the community consisted of about half a dozen chapters, mostly central European countries. On December it exploded, reaching more than 60 chapters from all around the globe and extending to all major languages. January was a month to get organized and define goals.
Our proposal was simple, to mine our tokens it is not enough to download a program and put it to run on a computer. You need to add more value, and what we need at the current stage is to spread the word about Fermat. That is why chapter members run local social media in their own countries. For each task they tackle, they are entitled to a mining license.
But an extra incentive was needed to grow the network. We all know that in the crypto-world everything is about incentives. For that reason, a mining license is possible to be acquired just by referring a founder of a new chapter in another country. By doing so, the referrer enjoys for the life-span of the project a mining license as long as the referred chapter is active.
But what many people didn’t realize is that the referral mining license is the only one that you can ..

I think your India chapter is idle.How come those who head these chapters are not active here or your ANN thread? Or do you have separate forum of your own ?Shouldn't they be pro-actively inviting people to their respected chapter instead of waiting for others to reach them?

Some people that claimed a chapter need some weeks to set all up.
If there is somebbody Idle, we mark then yellow and then later red. So you can see where you can jump in, help out, team up or take over.

@LiskQH thats good idea, we should attach bitcointalk profile to sreadsheet. i think its more than 70% from bitcointalk community running chapters. i will ask marmai if it can be done. just remember some ppl like to stay anonym, semi anonym or not attach their real name to bitcointalk account! me for example have no problem with it

So basically I have to look for a person that is a bitcoin affinado and get him attracted to the Fermat Philosophy.
Once he starts setting up a Local Chapter I will get a referral licence, and I can take part in the early days of mining of IoP.

[Referral] Program by Fermat
There is an absolutely new way to participate in the Fermat Project and join the few active miners and start mining IoP tokens today.

For this end we are offering referral Mining Licenses to people who attract someone interested in Fermat and in building a Fermat Local Chapter.
What does this mean for you?
Find someone who could possibly be interested in the Project and who wants to build a new Local Chapter.
Once this person claims his/her spot as a chapter and is an active member of the Fermat Network, you will receive your mining license. This way you and your referred person benefit both ways.
Make sure this person refers to you as the one who recruited him/her.
There is no limit on how many mining licences you can acquire through our referral program.
Who is suitable for building a Fermat Local Chapter?
Every person who is willing to build a Fermat Local Chapter and could be interested and skilled enough to maintain the Chapter and even build a small but skilled team around them. To build a Local Chapter one does not need to be a developer or a cryptocurrency expert. Some knowledge in social media and an overall interest in Fermat and its vision is enough to be suitable to start building a Chapter.
Keep in mind that this person should have some spare time to offer, for example to maintain one or several social media accounts, Website or Blog. About one or two hours a day should not be a problem.

You need to provide your name, the Chapter you recruited and your IoP Address for mining.
When will you receive your Mining License?
Your Referrer Mining License will be whitelisted once the recruited Chapter provided all informations (column D to O) and is active with at least one social media account (to be mentioned in the document).
Can the Referrer Mining License be revoked?
Yes, your Referrer Mining License can be revoked, if your recruited Chapter is suspended due to any reason or resigned from being a Local Chapter.
Now is the best time to start contacting your friends and start building your own referral Network.
