Because this is like building startups, you try something, if it doesn't stick you try something else.

Actually, this coin is a very good idea. Just don't have the time to execute on it.

Proposed Specifications

* Scrypt based mining
* Block rate: 2.5 minutes
* Constant block reward for one year (1,000 coins per block)
* High inflation rate for first year. Approximately 200 million RSV coins to be mined.
* After the first year, 1 million coins can be mined per year. (5 coins per block)
* Difficulty retargets every 10 blocks
* 1% of coins will be mined prior to release to spend on bounties.
