Thanks for your inquiry! We have a minimum $50 investment amount, as this is in the real estate industry so there are minimum thresholds to be met.

Very interesting question that you asked! Depending on the projects, there are different conditions for each development project, and this is clearly laid out in the investor contract that the developer releases to investors that decide to contribute capital to those specific projects. All details are laid out for the investor, and these are privately sent to the investor, creating a direct connection between the investor and developer upon signing.

One very particular example I can cite to answer your question comes from the Woodfine projects. Because they are actually qualified as private wealth compliant, you actually can quit in the middle of the project if you are an individual investor. This is unlike the norm in the funds world, where normally there is a lock-in period for capital invested. With Woodfine, you are free to bring your capital in and out of the investment as you like. Furthermore, when it comes to sell, the product being private wealth compliant means you can sell your shares or LP units to an institution such as a major bank that accepts private wealth compliant products. This is an extremely unique quality, and a real gamechanger in the fund world. So we are excited to be working with Woodfine for this reason, and we believe overall they have a very sound business model that will bring benefits to investors that participate.

is there a minimum amount of investment in new real estate projects of Relex? if no, real estate is a long-term project, as a small investor, can I quit in the middle of the project?

It's a common sense request, but we haven't done it yet because in Vietnam we focus more upon the projects side, and we focus abroad for the investors side. Great question. We find the idea of the standard airdrop to be something more appropriate to the very early stages of development, particularly before the product/service is launched and operations begin. As we are already well on our way, we're looking for more innovative ways to approach a wider distribution base.
