Hey MustCoins, we have to limit the contest to just US & Canada right now because of different limitations that each country has on sweepstakes/contests. There are a LOT of legal hoops to jump through when you are giving away a prize and they are different in every country. We are working hard to bring the portfolio tournament to more countries!
