if pet is very dear to the family, it wear a collar with a gps transmitter and you can always track where it is. the better will be your project?
There are several companies offering services with collars using GPS transmitters, and all of them are expensive, once the company needs to hold the centralized server and the database, holding customers private data (less secure) and also requires subscription, which most times makes people choose a cheaper option. No one wants to pay for insurance.

Your vision for this platform is great for pet owners.
However, the adoption is I believe your bottleneck for this kind of service.
Not all pet owners are aware of blockchain technology.
And also, pet owners that can afford to avail your services are still to be considered here.
Though the aim of this project is to be economical as compared to existing services, yet, very small percentage can afford this type of service.
And with that being said, you need to look for other options how you can sustain your platform other than relying on possible pet owners that will utilize your platform.
True, we are still on very early stages of blockchain adoption. But if you think how services changed in the past 10 years due to new protocols and technologies you can think of how long will it take until its globally spread.
Also, the main service will be free and we will only take a small percentage over rewards offered by the pet owner to whoever find it. Future features, such as online stores for pet produts and services will also provide payment options for Salvatio holders. There is so much room to grow, but your questions are good, though.
Once deployed, a contract charges the energy cost for the nodes on the TVM (Tron Virtual Machine) to run it, so people from anywhere in the world can use the DApp to report or post a case by simply having a Tron wallet, which can be easily done by installing the TronLink chrome extension (Similar to Metamask).
People will not only use Salvatio Platform for free, but also be able to earn Salvatio helping people find their lost pet.
For the pet owners, posting a new case will only cost a small fee to run the contract. In case he/she decides to also offer a reward, we will take a small % of the value, only if the case is solved and the reward is approved by the owner to be sent to the finder.
