I have recorded some more outcomes and now have a larger sample size. Out of 31 trials, a "random number" above 5000 was generated only twice; this is unlikely to be attributable to random variation. Are certain IP's targeted for lower payouts?

The FAQ of your faucets indicate that the payouts are based on a "random number" between 0 and 10000. This implies that each number between 0 and 10000 has an equal chance of being generated. Is this your intention?

I've been playing your SatoshiGarden and SatoshiCountry faucets and noticed that I rarely received random numbers above 5000, so I recently began to keep track. So far, I've had one random number above 5000 out of 15 tries. Seven of the numbers were between 0 and 1000 (the lowest payout) and seven were between 1001 and 5000 (the second lowest payout). Is this seemingly non-random distribution by design? Do all users have an equal chance of getting the higher payouts?
