Just look few messages above, it clearly says its a typo from my designer side, not from the official team.

I hope it is indeed a Typo, but have you confirmed from the team themselves? I don't have an issue with team having access to their tokens from the start but locking it up gives them incentives to stick to the long-term vision of the project, there may be temptations to dump and keep their millions if the tokens do well very early
