Welcome to SquidCoin. In this post we’d like to initially introduce our project and answer the most important questions about the new SquidCoin token.

What is SquidCoin?
SquidCoin is a decentralized meme token project built on the Binsnce smartchain. Built by an anonymous team of experienced blockchain enthusiasts, we are planning to introduce new people to the world of cryptocurrency by providing a fun-and-easy way to invest in a coin that we believe many people will get excited about.

What technology is SquidCoin based on?
SquidCoin is built as a centralized BEP-20 token build on the Binance smartchain. This means that everyone can hold SquidCoin tokens in popular wallets like Metamask. The total and maximum supply of SquidCoin is 456,000,000 tokens.

How many SquidCoin will be circulated and how many will be held back by the contract creators?
At the present moment, 200M SquidCoin, so roughly 25% of the total supply, have been locked into Pancakeswap. The rest of the supply will either be locked in other liquidity pools or burned over the coming months, and a maximum of 5% of the total supply will be held back by the token creators.

Where can I buy SquidCoin?
