I'm not sure what you mean? This is an STO - and the project's token is a tokenized digital asset, a share of the fund not simply a run of the mill utility token that is not backed, also you can participate via FIAT.

I don't say you will not find investors but middle class investors may not be able to be part of it. It is still huge money for large majority of people to cut off $5k for any kind of investment.
