Syscoin is trying to centralized all topics ,this is really a bad move, they are making all self-moderated topic just to control peoples freedom of speech.Syscoin will never achieve if they deletes peoples freedom of thoughts.People already avoiding syscoin threads for this reason.

I want to start a trading company if the full IPO is sold. 1/3 of it is for legal requirements of founding, 2/3 is for the first products to be bought. On full IPO sellout each buyer will receive a certificate of holding of shares. Shares are then tradeable via the certificates and dividends paid to the certificate holders. Additional business planning info: 1. Logistics, legal and tax paperwork are outsourced to experts (Warrants legal safety, tax safety, insurance safety) 2. Company type will be german uG, the quivalent to UK/US Limited 3. Products to be sold are electronics as I am familiar with this. 4. First articles shall be high-margin fast-sellng items, such as micro-sd cards 5. First sell offers will be placed on amazon and ebay. 6. Once a net profit of 10k $ is reached, the company shall get its own webshop 7. Marketing: As per beginning there's no funds for marketing. This is also not needed when offering best-price on amazon / ebay. Marketing to be setup along the own company webshop 8. Acceptance of cryptocurrencies is planned with the own webshop, needs legal evauation at that time so it can be done according to german law 9 Dividend payment: 25% of company net earnings will be paid as dividends. the other 75% are used as: 25% company fund (neccessary as per german law), 20% maximum for me and 30% for reinvestments.
