Why we have to choose this pool and not other one ? We are not in 2011.

Basically I'm using a spare server that I have and thought I'd put it to use and help out the crypto world!
I am willing to add Coins to my pool for No Fee but will take a Fee of 1% from the miners. I will however like to have a vote on a monthly basis and have a No Fee for the coin that has the most votes.
Although I am open to ideas and maybe if someone's wants to help as well I am open to that.
