Good evening,
are you still live with this faucet network?

Every time I access any of the faucet in the network I get this error:
Fatal error: Call to a member function getPublisherHTML() on a non-object in /home/thefgryj/public_html/template/faucet.php on line 122

Best of luck with your business.

Not sure if it's me or my computer or browser. It hasn't been working for a couple of days and getting this error every time.

Faucetrunner was offline but now it is online again but have insufficient funds.

The wallet is full? Try a Direct payment, it shouldn't be the case. I deposited 0.2 this morning, there should be plenty of BTC.

I have spoken to the hosting (it's hard to contact them as I am using a friends' hosting account, and he's currently on holiday) and they said the site should be online again soon. I will look into transferring the hosting. I'm hoping the issue is now solved for the meantime.

Please cashout while you can.

That's fine: I cashout once a week.

Will check if come back online in the future.

Thank You.

Issues with the host, recent bot attacks meant they're not keen to renew the hosting. Working on a resolution now Sad

Other three sites still live, I'm worried I've lost data though Sad

Is it possible to recover the lost money (10.000 sat circa)?

Best regards.

I've already tweet you and you said you're gonna make a refund to me in less 24 hours , but now it's almost 48 hours , i've tweet again but no answear
I also found out the thing that cause the error was the email comfirmation , when you hit the comfirm the first time in 2 faucet at the same time , it'll send 2 mail ,you click just one and there goes the error , your sats will all disappear  Shocked Shocked Shocked

Btw , i'm looking forward to seeing your reply , 150k sats may not the biggest one , but the trust could be everything  Lips sealed Lips sealed

Thanks for your response. I have issued several refunds and may make an exception in this case, but I can't keep offering refunds what for a bug that I can't actually do anything about at present.

I have responded to most of the Tweets I've seen as well as emails. The issue I have is I can't issue refunds until the bug is solved. My developer is currently busy with work and I haven't been able to address it. Email verification has been disabled for the moment.

I have 200+ complains which means around 0.1-1% of my users - which while small, is significant.

I think you'd rather hear that the bug is solved than hear you are getting a refund, surely? Any refunds I offer come with the understanding that you use the faucets at your own risk! Saving satoshi is an option, but certainly not recommended. I recommend regular, small cashouts.
yeah , satoshis is not the problem , you guys still the best in town , i just wanna hear the response from you guys  Tongue Tongue
but one quick questions , does the price of btc affect the time in your faucet ? 120 min instead of 60 ?

I cover costs and they are just about profitable without botting.

Most faucet owners don't really understand how to properly balance their income with their outgoings. I constantly tweak the faucets to make sure I'm squeezing out as much extra BTC as I can.

The referral earnings from the faucet list and blog covers around 30% of my daily outgoings. I actively refer faucets and review them to keep my referral tree strong. I will be writing an article and disclose as much a I can without violating any of my ToS.

I rely way more on Bitcoin income than I do income from fiat-based ad networks. MellowAds/Bee-Ads/Adbit + my referral earnings just about covers things.

Thank You for detailed answer.

As soon as I'll make more BTCs from your network than Moon's one I will switch my affiliate to yours.

Thank you for quick reply.

Is it normal that I have to verifies my e-mail every few days for cash out?

For the time being! I am working on having this happen weekly, it's an effort to reduce botting. Some users have reported losses of satoshi upon withdrawal, it's an issue I will certainly be looking into - and feel it's linked to the email verification in some way.

This was an old feature on sites like 777Bitcoin, IntellectCoin, BitcoStars etc, but seems redundant now I know. However I plan to scale up the faucets in the coming months and as such need to ensure my users are real and not bots - I've lost around 1BTC to bots since starting, which is a fairly big dent to take. I hope to get the faucets to the 1000 satoshi mark by Christmas.

It does mean that users are free to 'store up' their satoshi if they choose - quite a few users have chosen to do this, and means the cashout is less of an issue. However for the users experiencing the withdraw bug, it's quite distressing to see your satoshi lost.

Suffered another bot attack today, so goes the sagas of the Faucet Runner  Shocked

Keeping on top of things just about but the sites will need to adjust things slightly if botting continues to the extent it does. Banned hundreds of addresses today, probably lost around 10,000,000 sats. Not the biggest hack but seems to be going to one user.

Would love to give out that 10,000,000 to some legit users, but it's gone Sad

I would like to mention that the Hunter has nearly DOUBLED rewards from 444 to 777. The Banker has gone from 777 to 888 permanently also!

Enjoy people and thank you for supporting us!!

This means you make some profit from this. Good to hear, continue to fight against the bots. I also like a lot your faucets design!

Thank you! Real users supporting means that I can afford to raise payments - indeed, as long a I can afford it I will continue to keep users' experience at the front of my mind.

Our Faucetbox now contributes over 40% of our outgoings on some days:

https://faucetbox.com/en/check/14MyUFoF9SeXkJG9Cp8N3w2uuTrvLrVEpt

Key to surviving is reinvesting and promoting other good faucets in the ecosystem! As long as I can continue to balance income with outgoings then everyone's happy!

Are you promoting only via your website, or do you also buy adspaces?

I regularly make banners and promote new faucets within the ecosphere, it's the best way to do things. The faucets in my index bars attract around 1500 clicks per day.

Xapo payouts now work correctly as do direct payments! Check your wallet - it may have been that your cashout was a manually requested one!

All working again: didn't tried the cashout to Xapo wallet but I'm sure is working as well.

Will post here once tested.

Waiting for confirmation email.... to yahoo....

What's your address? I assume you've checked your spam emails etc.

Had another report of a mail not being delivered - my apologies, I will look into this for you ASAP.

We're not the highest paying faucet on paper, but our users have received over 1.1 Billion satoshis from us and counting since March. I constantly reinvest into the site to ensure users have the best experience they can - and unlike other faucets, I support the ecosystem by sending thousands of visitors to the sites in my index bars daily. Our faucets are in large part funded by the referral commissions we earn for this referral traffic from visitors like you, so it's important to keep things running smoothly.

This is one of the highest-paying networks out there, especially with the use of crazy bonus hour and the loyalty bonus! Brilliant faucet network, and I'm glad to see that you've implemented great changes since the attacks. As a user, I don't mind having to verify my email address, especially when cashing out sums of 50K+.

Also, I don't see an option to cash out to XAPO; does this only work if signing in with a XAPO email address?

And last thing... Two big fat thumbs up from this guy!

Yes, unfortunately. Things are slightly different - we now introduced email verification to withdraw. In addition (and to offset this slight annoyance) we will offer Xapo and direct-to-wallet payments in addition to Xapo soon! Lot of changes coming.

We had a crazy hour and loyalty bonus where users could win up to 200% of our double rewards. This will return! Had to combat the hacks first.

Thanks for the message - and the bump!

I've logged in with my Xapo email address and verified my email.

When I click on "Cash Out" button I got presented with my balance and there are no other buttons to cash out to my Xapo wallet.

How do I cash out from your website?

I'm sorry for the hack, we need to protect.

Best regards.

Maybe I should use big text and colours? Hehe  Grin

Users have claimed nearly 5 BTC so far since the project began!

We need your input on where to go next!

Are users happy with a reward structure across four faucets as it stands? Please let me know - are you happy with the claim times set to an hour?

Please leave some thoughts and I will have a fiddle and get back to the thread later!

Thank you for the feedback guys!

I am keen to hear people's concerns/thoughts!

The referral rate is low because I plan to increase the base rewards over time. I understand that this does impact the 'organic' growth somewhat as people are less likely to advertise the banner. It's a tricky job balancing faucets, I tell you!

both your faucet seems cool  Cool and neat
also your faucet give good rewards
minimum 222 and 333 it is not bad i think
so you get lots of visitors, good luck

yeah for reward is not bad
for OP: i guess u need increase for referral. its good for u and us too

Thank you guys! The prizes will be raised again in the next few weeks, just trying to balance a few things out.

I prefer a more high minimum rewards and more time for claim, but i have other question, why the payout to faucetbox not is automaticaly like other faucet and i have to click request payment?

I was considering implementing a withdrawal limit, but decided against it. The cashout allows people to 'save up' their balance and cash out when they have a nice chunk saved.

All feedback appreciated and noted guys! Thank you.

How are you guys finding the faucets? Thank you to everyone who has used our faucet directory, we are growing steadily and I've done a bit of nifty re-investing to ensure that the faucets can maintain themselves!

We have nearly 7000 registered users and we are receiving around 50,000 sessions per day!

Our directory has really helped us out and allowed us to go from 150 satoshi and 200 on the Runner and the Hunter to our current rates!

This boost that you can see here will be reinvested until we hit 10k users - and at that point we will raise our rewards again! I'm still waiting for the averages to work themselves out, I was at around 200k sat on Faucetbox and am trying to push it up! If it sits happily above 500k, I can move forward with phase 2!

Thank you to everyone who has supported us! We have some cool surprises coming for you this month!

A few quick questions for our users (and readers!)

Do you think we have too many faucets listed? Would you prefer a more concise list?

What do you guys consider to be a fair payout at the moment?

Do you prefer lower claim times over higher payments?

Peace!

Hey guys Cheesy So for any of you who don't know, I have been blogging about cryptocurrency and reviewing faucets for about 6 months now. The initial interest in Bitcoins drew me in and before long I found myself with a steadily growing stream of referrals.

I began with a free Wordpress blog - https://thefaucetrunner.wordpress.com  (still active) and later set up www.thefaucetrunner.com! The blog has gone from strength-to-strength and I have found more faucets popping up than I can count this year! This has proved to be both a good and a bad thing...

I found myself an unofficial point-of-contact for several unhappy faucet users who hadn't been paid by some faucets, and reimbursed several readers out of my own pocket. The sagas of faucets such as Chronofaucet and Dustbitco.in led me to realize that running a sustainable faucet is probably the most important thing, for users, advertisers and the Bitcoin 'ecosystem'.

After a bit of fiddling, I decided earlier this year to start my own pair of faucets. It's been an interesting learning curve to say the least! They are 100% funded by referral earnings from the blog and my own pocket and I hope you all grow to love them!
