Thank you for your feedback! We are considering a 10 AM EST start time tomorrow with the end time also at 10 AM EST on Thursday (exactly 72 hours). That translates to a CET time of 3:00 PM -  hopefully this works for most people!

If anyone has an alternate suggestion, let us know!

Just a suggestion for the auction that will start tomorrow (and for any other auction actually): if you set the end time at a reasonable hour for the European bidders (not 3AM as is mostly the case) this will give us also the chance to go all the way.   I'm not only speaking for myself I think, there will definitely be a lot of interest from both sides of the ocean for this one!

The confusion is my fault, I'm afraid. I was in charge of taking all the press release photos, and I didn't want to show the GOLD sticker auction notes, because I wanted those to be revealed as a surprise with each individual auction. In retrospect, I realize how the four press release sample photos would be confusing, and I apologize for my oversight.

To clear things up, below are the six (6) SILVER holo sticker artist notes. These were distributed to the six project artists and will NOT be for public auction by Friends of Satoshi.

Sorry for the confusion! These are samples and shouldn't be taken as an indication of what will be auctioned. Today we will release pics of the Artists notes that are not available and then very soon you will see the auction notes as well! You really can't go wrong, they are all spectacular!

We all kept one. Different edition for each artist. The Moon was in my top three favorites, but there's something about a cow in flippers that makes me smile. (The monocled cow is pretty sweet too, tho!)

Please allow me to clarify something about the various FOS ZimNote editions...

We created ten (10) FOS ZimNotes, each with a different doodle on the reverse side over the African Water Buffalo. The sample photo in the OP shows a few of the different FOS ZimNote editions that we created -- Gentleman Edition, Zombie Edition, To The Moon Edition, and Holiday Edition -- but not necessarily the same editions that will be auctioned.

The artists were each allowed to keep one ZimNote of their choice. (These are the six SILVER holo sticker notes.) The remaining four notes will go to auction. (These are the four GOLD holo sticker notes.) We wanted to keep each individual FOS ZimNote auction as a surprise with regard to the exact edition, so we only used one of the four GOLD holo sticker notes in the sample photo. In other words, three of the four editions in the sample photo are already claimed by the artists. The sample photos were intended to be more or less representative of the OVERALL project, and not necessarily the same notes that will be on auction. I hope that makes sense.

Regardless, of which editions we see on auction, I am positive that they ALL will be well-liked and very sought after.

Thank you again for supporting this project, everyone. I believe that it may be the most extensive collaboration in the crypto collectibles world to date. It sure was a long time coming to fruition, but totally worth it! What a super fun project!

As for my own contribution, I doodled over the Cape Water Buffalo on the reverse side. And each of the ten (10) FOS ZimNotes has a unique doodle. In the OP's sample photo, clockwise from the top left, you'll see my doodles from the FOS ZimNotes: Gentleman Edition, Zombie Edition, To The Moon Edition, and Holiday Edition.

Great question! You are correct! The notes are separated into two categories: public sale and artist reserve. Each of the 6 participating artists (including myself) will receive an artist reserve note. The remaining 4 are available for the public auction next week. What distinguishes the two are the color of the Qrypto hologram on the front side. 'Gold' for the 4 public notes and 'Silver' for the Artist notes.

Oh yes absolutely! Start the Art contributed the front and center "Bitcoin Target" and Satoshi Gallery painted the painter! Qrypto contributed his hologram and the COAs. As you said, but to reiterate: CI contributed a hologram (the one that is funded) and Bitcoin Penny capped it off with his drawing and final assembly. The Friends of Satoshi stamp brings it all together

Yes each note contains work from each of the listed artists! The front side is nearly identical across the series (allowing for very subtle differences due to the hand-created nature), while each back side has a completely unique Bitcoin Penny Co. drawing, in addition to the sealed hologram. Thanks for your questions!

Pretty neat idea.  Does each note have work on it from each of the listed artists?  Or do they each have their own "version"?  Thanks and will look out for the auctions.
