It's February already, and nothing from THCG management. No information about Mongolian facility, or any other one. It's very very sketchy now.

Hello,

Please understand that working with anything over 100 MW is already insanely tough to work with politically, add on the fact that it is in Canada which means we can't just skip steps, there are building codes etc we have to look into. We are working hard on finalizing the facility and bringing it up to proper standards. There is a lot of work and a lot of waiting involved not just because of us, but because large corporations move slowly. Believe me, I am trying to push this out as fast as I can because who doesn't want a facility at the moment?

You could also say that its very sketchy, but we aren't asking for any payments whatsoever. We have invested nearly all of our time into getting the new facility details locked down and working on it rather than trying to give worse service or take peoples money. We still do offer our Mongolian facility out, but with less advertising because there isn't enough time in the day to do all of these things.

If we were to be consistently advertising, trying to push for payments without proof etc, then I would totally understand your guys' doubts but as it stands we are working our hardest.

We have complied and tried our best to provide you guys adequate photos, but if this isn't enough then you guys are allowed to wait until we begin our Canadian facility.

Thanks,

THCG (The Hedge Coin Group)

Khem... Will anything we were asking previously, addressed? Photos of Mongolian facility, full photo review, etc...? We don't need new facilities announced, we need only one solid one, checked and vetted.

We will most likely be shifting our operations to focus on our new facilities. These new facilities will have space to hold all of our machines in one place, as stated construction will be posted as it goes on.

This will reduce further problems in the future and easily allow for expansion for us and our clients as well.

Thanks,

THCG (The Hedge Coin Group)

Thank you. Which facilities will that be, then? Canada is getting focus, or Mongolian one as well? Because as I understand Mongolian facility is just few months old?

Currently, our main focus will be Canada as we have several large clients that need hosting immediately. Mongolian facility will still be running and operational; however, it is a lesser priority currently and we are allocating most of our resources to begin developing our facility in Canada.

Thanks,

THCG (The Hedge Coin Group)

where are these Canadian facilities ? and when can they be open to view?

My short analyses of TheHedgeCoinGroup:

I too have been exchanging a few emails with them looking for a new hosting location.

I also spent a bit of time researching anything I could find related to them on the web - looking for indications if it is legit OR fraud……

My conclusion is that there is a medium to high probability this is fraud.  Not conclusive, but highly likely. Would love to be proven wrong.

Below are my reasons leaning towards being fraudulent:

a. Only accepts bitcoins as payment and no wire transfer.
b. Domain registered only 3 months ago:  Creation Date: 2017-09-08T16:35:42.00Z
c. Domain with private registration.
d. Elusive with photos/images.
e. Unable to verify identify of individuals I exchanged emails with. Very little on  linkedin, web  searches, china's version of linked in, etc
f. Large inventory of many machines types available when I inquired about purchasing machines.   No one has inventory like this sitting around.
g. Text on web site seems to be copied from other sites.
h. Claims to be in China with mining location in Mongolia, but a bit of forensic analyses on source email appears to indicate who ever emailed me did so on a browser from of Alberta, Canada.  This is the needle in the haystack.

I exchanged emails with Vince and analyzed everything I could in the header, writing styles, etc.
The email was generated using Microsoft office 365 and owa.

Emails originating from ip: 184.68.199.50
This is visible in the headers we can see:

   authentication-results: spf=none (sender IP is ) [email protected];
   x-originating-ip: [184.68.199.50]

Ip 2 Location lookup on IP 184.68.199.50 indicates a physical location of  Canada, Alberta, Calgary, from Shaw Communications Inc.

A bit more research -- this is tied to  DSL line in Canada from Shaw Communications

A bit more search... isp ip also in an SFP record for www.patchingassociates.com
   "v=spf1 mx ip4:184.68.199.50 include:spf.protection.outlook.com -all"

A bit more research... ip 184.68.199.50 is running a public facing ftp server.

A bit more search the ftp server is running on plain text, no tls/sftp and appears to be an old version.  My guess this is how they got into the server.  A very common exploit pattern by guessing a uid/pwd OR  exploiting some unpatched vulnerability.  This is a good way to cover your tracks......

Conclusion:

If I were to guess, they are using a compromised server in Alberta, Canada belonging to PatchingAssociates.com to use Web Mail in office 365 to cover up their tracks.  Server in Alberta, Canada belongs to www.PatchingAssociates.com  which has nothing to do with mining operations and appears to lack security on their ftp server........too many steps have been taken to cover up and hide identity - private domain registration, cloud flare for web site hosting, using server/pc in Canada for web mail, and only accepting bitcoins for payment.

Stay safe out there!!!!

Hello,

We would prefer that you remove any personal information that you have posted. There are a ton of logistics behind every company that no one sees and we have done our best to please everyone.

What you don't know before posting all of this is the following:

1. We have members based in different parts of the world in order to actively respond to messages at all times
2. We are actively building out a data center in Canada that is almost ready to be announced, for which I am assigned to take care of construction and overseeing completion. We will be creating a documentary on this as we continue to develop it.
3. We have lost 3 customers money due to wire transfer and had to remove it as such, we also have a limit to the amount of foreign currency available for receipt in our bank accounts until we get a new one in Hong Kong, which we think is a valid reason to not accept it.
4. We have only recently, as stated before looked into expanding our brand online and to get new customers outside of China so it would be normal to not have to create a domain unless needed to satisfy our new customers, we did this because of the huge increase in interest of Bitcoin
5. We have tried to satisfy as many questions and suggestions posted by forum users, we cannot take a picture every single time that we want to sell 10 units to someone because then the majority of our time would be spent driving back and forth to the facility just to take photos
6. We have a deep supply chain, what we have in stock is not only ours, but our suppliers as well.

We have continually done so many things to try and improve our process from hiring a web developer, to getting a new CRM, to getting a new invoicing system, to reaching out on multiple platforms and look for different business opportunities and ventures. We have invested a lot more than any other company and if this were all to be for a small scam, do you think it would really be worth it?

I guess this would be a good time to announce our Canadian Data Center:

We are opening a new Data Center in Canada! The minimum amount for hosting in this facility is 1000 machines, we have a capacity of over 100 000 machines and will be offering facility visits for people with interest and proof that they have the minimum amount of machines! We realize that there is a lot of discontent within China and this is the reason we have started shifting gears to announce this!

We are looking at a capacity of around 20000 machines by the end of February, so message us if you would like more details!

Thanks,

We are still waiting for photos, as requested here https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.27434019
I personally I am waiting as well. I as e-mailing Vincent back and forth about it, someone is flying there to see it.
I was willing to fly there as well (as early as 1 January), but I've been put in the queue. So I am waiting for someone's review, or at least more videos/photos.

whos vincent? and hes going to go check it out u saY?

I am in different country, I have no access to my other e-mail right now, so I can't tell you his full name from my e-mail exchange history. Mr Vincent is manager of THCG. As he told me, someone is flying there to see hosting facility. So that's what is being told here and that's what we are waiting for.

I don't want to be negative, but this is just delaying investment. You as a business, should be aware of it. I could have miners there already mining, but now will have to wait.
I am patiently waiting for full review and all requested details since late December/early January. Please update us once you have anything solid.
(takes a deep breath)
On the other hand, this is building a relationship with hosting facility which would last for many, many months. So a little delay is something we need to sit on.

Hi all,

Notice - We've had a couple of people impersonating us. There are only 2 people that you can contact, Zachary and me.

If anybody needs to contact us, [email protected]

Here are some photos of both of our facilities.

I can get more photos if needed.

Thanks,

THCG

Please do. Quoted post below everything what's needed.

Hello!

We also have pictures of our facility in the second post of the thread, check those out.

We will be posting a photo (possibly a video) of our facility with our name, our website, the date etc. It will be a general photo that should be for uploaded tomorrow. I hope you guys are excited!

Is there anything specific you guys would like to see? I will look into what we can do! Suggestions will be accepted for around 12 hours.

Note: We have changed the policy for set up fees and are going to raise it to $100. Larger clients can have this fee reduced, contact for more details.

Thanks,

THCG (The Hedge Coin Group)

we would like to see everything.
the outside . the inside. transformer, shelvs , networking equipment, videos  with this post printed on a paper in  each picture.
u really dont need a proffesional photographer to take picture.
its more authentic when its not photoshop.
so when the farm is filled take other photos on same position so we can see the difference.

Hello!

Of course! We want to present our facilities in the best light possible. We will have a couple thousand machines in it around Late January/Early Feb. We know that no one would want to see an empty facility, nor would it prove anything, thus we have been waiting.

THCG (The Hedge Coin Group)

I want to see empty facility - plus transformers and wiring. Absence of any pictures makes you very suspicious, its a a deal breaker.

Besides - I do not want to see a facility full of machines - with no room left for my.

Can   You   Please   Post   Pictures   Now?

Thanks

Hi!

Sorry for the late response! We were away for the holiday season! We stated before in the thread that our photographer backed out of the photo shoot and have currently been busy dealing with other business details with regards to the facility.

We have decided that our photos currently are adequate enough until we fill the facility up more, which will most likely be around February. We do not see much point in having photos taken of an empty facility and would much rather show a filled up facility!

We will get a photo up with our company name, the date, and our handles for reddit and bitcointalk up soon though.

If you have any other questions or concerns let me know!

Thanks,

THCG (The Hedge Coin Group)

Update:

We are changing our policy with regards to import fees! In order to minimize the upfront costs for you guys we will pay for the import taxes until your machines are set up and you can pay with the earnings you get from your machines later!

We also will have shipping done to our warehouse in Mongolia to reduce shipping costs! The warehouse will be used to do QA and QC on all machines we receive to ensure their quality before and after they exit out warehouse.

Thanks,

THCG (The Hedge Coin Group)

Please post picture of the facility as is. After you fill it - post more pictures - will add credibility. And you do not need "professional photographer", just use your cell. Otherwise seems very suspicious (IMO)

The import costs for 500+ miners must be massive.

We have updated our stance on the import fees! We are willing to absorb the cost of importing and allow you to pay them after your machines are set up or after a month in order to reduce the up front cost for you guys! We are working on a better solution for this but anything dealing with the government tends to be slow.

We personally think it is a hurdle, but we are still going to send miners regardless as we know that the ROI will exceed that.

Thanks for all your comments and support! We will keep working to become a better company and hope you guys follow on our journey.

We have updated the look of our website! We are slowly editing different sections and adding more!

Let us know what you think!

THCG (The Hedge Coin Group)

1, the website became more slow
2, dont use WIX..
3, any news on the cloud mining?
4, what about my brilliant idea Cheesy , i did not get any credit for it :d

Hi!

Thanks for the feedback regarding our website speed! We recently hired a Web developer, and they seem to have not been that great, which is unfortunate. We will keep trying to update the website to work better!

Cloud mining contracts are still in the works! We are getting in contact with more (hopefully better) web developers that can create a website for us too!

Thank you for the great idea! Also, the last time I received an email from you regarding purchases, I'm not sure if you got my response. We are willing to do escrow services on small orders of machines (10-20) if you pay for the escrow and we are able to verify escrow conditions etc.

Let me know if you're still interested and I hope you had a great holiday season!

Thanks,

THCG (The Hedge Coin Group)

Alright everyone!

A brand new and exciting announcement.

Our Mongolian facility is up and running! We are figuring out last minute logistics such as shipping address right now but everything else is set up.

We will be holding a photo shoot tomorrow so expect photos in a couple of days time!

We will begin contacting individuals to sign their hosting contracts soon! Keep an eye out for the email.

Thanks,

THCG (The Hedge Coin Group)

And for a web interface for monitoring use these and get someone to customise them for you   https://github.com/getminera/minera    https://github.com/viabtc/mineragent.

Hi,

Thank you for you kind words. I will look into the monitoring software that you have linked and get more detailed analysis if this would be okay with scaling as our farms do contain thousands of units.

If you would like a quote or an update regarding pricing, I will need you to email [email protected]. The reason we do not provide a quote on the website is because we would need to continually update it everyday and since our pricing is reflecting the current market conditions in China, I won't be able to guarantee a price.

The only price guarantee we provide is if you put in an order, we will create an invoice for you. This will allow you 24 hours at a fixed price, after which you will have to pay whatever the market rate is the next day (higher or lower, but generally higher).

Quote

I have taken a look at the website, that is generally used for the purpose of manufacturing. We do not produce hardware, we are mainly a supplier for hardware, hosting and cloud mining. I do not think that these services would adequately provide the feedback the users from this website are looking for.

Thank you for all your suggestions to make us a better company. Keep giving us criticism and feedback and we will work to constantly improve.

Do you have know of any individuals that are interested in visiting facilities? We currently have a couple of clients looking to visit; however they won't post a review most likely.

this is partialy true, i said i will give u a review and post on the forum, however i said to u could invite (pay for his travel) a rep person here on the forum and he will post the truth about the facility with picture and video.
ur company will be the only winner from that.
the cost of a fly is like what a miner or half a miner cost  Tongue
totaly worth it to get dozen of buyer from the forum alone.
u could also post this post on the company website as a refference of trustworthy.
so yea..

(BY THE WAY I WANT CREDIT ON THIS IDEA xD )

Which facility would you guys be more interested in? The Chinese one or the Mongolian one? The Mongolian one is currently not at a capacity in which we want to show it off as it is mostly empty. The Chinese farm is full and ready to be shown.

If anyone is interested in visiting our facilities we will offer the following:
- Paid for flight
- Accommodation for 1 night
- (Maybe) 1 Machine, I will look into the logistics behind this.

What we want in return is the following:
- A review on the forum & a review on a website

Requirements:
- Well known on the forums or have a good reputation
- Have completed reviews before (Send samples)

We will start looking for applicants now. Depending on the facility that people would rather see, our tentative date for flying someone out is January (Chinese Facility) or February/March (Mongolian)

Message me if you're interested, here or [email protected]

Thanks,

what kind of cloud mining ?
will it be cheaper than genesis mining ?

For cloud mining, we will use our machines to hash and give you the profits of whatever you hashed for the day. Currently, we have not automated this process but the website is in development currently.

Considering that genesis mining is sold out of BTC contracts, I cannot give you an exact cost analysis.

In my Opinion , You must get a independent third party to verify your facility and have a link to the evaluation report on the third party official web page .  Have a order assurance : If the orders are not fulfilled as per the contract that you will refund the Investment . Have a web interface to the assets so we can monitor /configure the assets that are leased . I think these may put the investors at ease to a certain extent. Cloud Mining is not a popular or a trusted formula and I am not sure about it, unless you can guarantee a mined profit of $32 a day per Antminer s9. That is $32 for every 13.5 Th hash power someone buy's.

Hi,

Do you have know of any individuals that are interested in visiting facilities? We currently have a couple of clients looking to visit; however they won't post a review most likely.

Order assurance is guaranteed, some recent scenarios:

We offered some S9's at a certain time; however we received information that we would not be able to make the order we offered 3 different options for compensation.
1. Total refund
2. Offered the same cost of S9's in E9's at an earlier start date
3. We offered a discount on future purchases

Another scenario is that we had a customer that had problems shipping their miners to us, and we gave them a complete refund within 48 hours.

We stand by our commitment of trying to make fair deals and keeping on top of the game. If we are unable to complete an order we immediately notify each customer that has placed an order for that date.

We are looking into software that allows for this capability; however, we haven't found one that will allow this for 30000 machines in our farm. If anyone has ideas, we are open to them.

For cloud mining, we have decided to offer it to people that do not like our import taxes. We would allocate our machines specifically to hash for them rather than them purchasing a miner. We have plenty of machines so we have no problems at all. Many cloud mining sites do not have real hardware and are using the money they get to purchase hardware.

Of course we would not guarantee a profit, this is a way to offer our services to people that don't mind owning hardware and would prefer just to have BTC deposited to their wallets.

Thanks,

some cell phone pics of the mine will do?

Unfortunately, the facility is located in Mongolia and would take a couple days excursion to reach. We would need to plan a trip to go! We can't just waltz in and snap a couple of pictures. I will keep everyone updated with regards to more pictures soon.

Another update!

Would you guys be interested in cloud mining? We understand that a lot of people are unhappy with our import tax, so we have decided to resolve that by offering cloud mining services, 1 year contracts & our fees won't change. Let me know if you're interested and I can give you more details.

Thanks,

Do you got any copies of the contracts for hosting and for cloud mining. I mean I see your new might as well show the legal side of stuff to ease some peoples mind.

Samples of the hosting contract can be found in the first post! We are writing up a cloud mining contract as we speak!

So is there any proof/evidence of what you claim or is this just a wall of text with nothing to back it up. I am seriously considering Investing some money but don't know a good place without seeing a scam.

I am going into Initial COin Offerings and they offer much more stability than what is claimed here.  Undecided

Tell me what proof you are interested in! We have photos of our facility, we have business licenses, we have photos of our stock in warehouses and we have some customer sales.

Let me know what we can do to get you on our side!

Prices are a bit high for sending miners to china to miner. 9 cents you can get 7 cents in the usa and have someone host it. Even less if you have a lot.

Hi Taserz,

You may say that our prices our high for electricity but we have plenty of reason behind it! Lots of hosting services include other charges to hide their upfront costs.

I'd say a large incentive for purchasing with us is so that you can relax and have your miners just generate income! We are an all inclusive package so you don't need to go anywhere else for hardware purchases and hosting. We offer convenience for people that just want to pay their electricity bill monthly while earning bitcoin or have no time to set up larger scale operations.

Prices are a bit high for sending miners to china to miner.

You have to send your miners to China (pay import tax to get into China), and then they will forward it Mongolia (not part of China) with additional shipping fees incurred and a 20% import tax into Mongolia (another country)
Hi,

Please understand that we have to follow the policies enacted by the government. The current import tax is set at 16% of the hardware cost, 8% is refundable on export. This is set out by the government and we have no plans on disobeying the government because that could jeopardize our entire operation. We are currently trying to talk to the government to see if we can work out a better deal but for now this is what we are stuck with.

and the miner cost are pretty high aswell. :s

and photo did not came yet.

The miner cost is reflective of the market price within China! We are a company so we obviously want to make profit but understand this as well. If we were to sell our models within China, we could sell them quickly; however we are trying to expand into other markets while earning profit as well. If you would like cheaper prices, you can email us directly to let you know when a new batch is available and you will get the cheapest price we can provide! (I've personally seen $2000 for machine + psu at times, so checking up on our current prices is relatively important)

We are going to be releasing a Christmas photo shoot soon so keep your eyes peeled. Unfortunately our photographer backed out of the facility shoot so we have to reschedule that.

Hello All!

We currently have plenty of space within our facility and we are open for miner sales!
- We have a couple of people that have sent miners in, if you are on the waiting list you have been emailed!
- Miner sales are HOT in China right now, we try to ensure that we match our prices to the market prices or a little below! Get them while they're still available.

Photos from the photo shoot will be available on Monday! Keep your eyes peeled, you'll probably be surprised by some of the photos.

We have a new business email! If you want to contact us please email: [email protected]

Anyone on this forum with 8 posts and a comment like that either:

1. Is brand new to the scene and does not know enough to have a legitimate opinion.
Or,

Or,

Neither should be responded to as it's what they want.
And yes, there are people that F'ed up in the cyber/crypto world.

how would u aprpoche then?
mind checking them out?

This sounds like BS to me - proceed with caution.
why would u say that ? (or what make u say that)

We apologize if our service did not satisfy you in any way; however we do wish to know the reasoning behind this post. Can you please explain your reasoning? We have multiple people visiting our facility, we are trying our best to present ourselves in an acceptable matter and I've only gotten an initial email request from you with no responses after.

Hello!

It seems like you have a lot of questions so I will do my best to answer these.

1. The facility is going very well. We initially only planned to have 10 MW available in January; however, it seems like we may be able to have the entire 50 MW up and running by January! We are hoping to host around 30000 units.
2. A more detailed video will be posted when the plant is completed. I will ensure that we include a piece of paper and that we include a selfie as well!
3. For in house repairs we will try to make it cost $0 unless we need new parts.
4. Thank you for notifying us about this. When someone is interested in that type of payment we will release the details of our banking information when they are ready to pay and have an invoice handy. This may be changed in the future.
5a and 5b We assumed that the hosting period is for 2 years unless stated otherwise and will continue to keep your miner running unless payment has been stopped or you have asked us for your machines back. There is no minimum or maximum time to mine in our facility; however, we will be able to keep it running for 2 years as this contract states if you continue to pay us.
6. We accept crypto and RMB bank transfers. USD bank transfer is available for small amounts only.
7. For configuration of miners, let us know and we will set it up for you.
8. We currently do not offer remote access to your miners. If you are interested in controlling your miners we are discussing letting clients with large amounts of machines leave a laptop. Currently, if you wish to switch pools let us know and we will change it for you, same with miners not running.
9. I will verify this with you once I have a concrete answer.
10. What do you mean by demo page?
11. Yes, you can contact us with regards to a miner having an issue and we will try to resolve all issues within 24 hours. We are able to reboot miners as well.

Thanks for all the questions, I hope to be in contact with you soon.

THCG (The Hedge Coin Group)

well questions are important to gain trust. specialy pictures.

i did not received any answer for these 2 question

"in (ur) the site.
under product it seems u removed the prices, u had back then the price of the S9 miners. how much does it cost now? and do u ship them if i decide to take them?
what are the cloud mining that u guys are offering ?
"

6, what is a small amount? (bank will take higher fee for converting "exchanging" dollars to RMB (china money i assume?)
10, i was reffering this question to previous 7-9 questions , like seeing a dashboard of Kwh consuming, hash rate and so on..
11, i mention "we" , can i (we) reboot the miner remotely if an issue happen instead of waiting precious 24h?

u mention "We initially only planned to have 10 MW available in January"
that mean u do not have the place\electricity capacity to host my miners if i decide to send it to u ? (does that mean i have to wait untill jan..?)

I apologize for missing some of your questions.

We have removed the prices from the page because of the increase amount of volatility of prices with regards to the hardware. If you are interested in getting a quote for the daily price (Quotes are valid for 24 hours) feel free to email us at [email protected]

If you wish to purchase for self use, we will ship them to wherever they are needed.

6. I can double check for the exact value if you are interested. Let me know your order and I provide you a more detailed response.
10. We currently do not have a demo available. We connect your miners to a pool and you are able to view your miner through that dashboard.
11. We will get it done within 24 hours, we currently do note have this capability .

Yes, in the post it has been stated that we are working on building the facility to full capacity. Currently we are only accepting members to our waitlist, if you are interested in getting contacted when we are fully operational, we can do that as well.

Thanks,

I’ll be having some of my miners hosted at their new facility as soon as it’s up and running.
I have been mining since late 2012 with the past 3 years almost exclusively utilizing remote hosting like Vincent’s in North America and earlier in China.
As soon they are ready to receive some inventory, I’ll start posting a multi-part review. It will include both shipped and purchased miners.
Looking forward to evaluating their service and facility.

Also, clients would be monitoring of their miners from the pool, when we noticed some of the machines are not connected/offline, how do we let you know and what would be the response time? Do we need to tell you exactly which machine it is? I don't think any pool can identify individual miners.

Also Mongolia happens to have sandstorm from time to time, how are you handling this?

Do we configure the machines before shipping to you? Or will you configure it for us when you received it?

Response time will be under 24 hours to reset a miner. We try to do this as quick as possible. You tell us a miner is down and we will locate it.

All machines are in a secure building so there should be no worries with regards to sandstorms.

We will configure it for you when we receive the machine. You let us know which pool you would like it pointed to and what wallet.

Btw, you mentioned that there will be someone reputable reviewing the mining farm from the forum.

Is he posting to this topic too? Then maybe it would save us the trip to Mongolia

Thanks

We hope that after we get up and running, customers will leave a review. We don't plan on disclosing any information on who is going to be hosting within our farm.

Thanks,

THCG (The Hedge Coin Group)

We are looking into getting some video footage of our farm for you guys in the future. If you have any suggestions post them here and we will take them into consideration.

Here was our reddit post for our Sichuan mine: https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/7ewd27/our_latest_btc_mine_in_sichuan_china/

Just to confirm, I was told that the Sichuan farm is closing down and moving to Mongolia too?

Do you have a shipping company that we could use to move our miners in China to Mongolia at a cheaper rate?

SF is charging about 500 yuan (rmb) for a miner and PSU to Mongolia

Hello,

I will have to get back to you on the information in Sichuan & the shipping company. I know that there is a problem with regards to the amount of power we are able to get there and yes we are considering moving it all to Mongolia. We are in talks with other places as well regarding electricity and will have further information available to you guys soon.

The scheduled start date of January will still be good and capacity will remain the same.

Hello, we are The Hedge Coin Group (THCG) and we are looking to offer our spaces for hosting miners purchasing miners if needed. We want to be a group that revolutionizes mining and hosting allowing for people to jump in easier. Our goal is transparency and reliability demonstrated through us having no hidden fees, quick communication and response times.

Our website can be found here: https://www.thehedgecoingroup.com/

My name is Vincent and I mainly deal with global communications and operations. I am located in Western Canada.

I will be the main contact if you are interested with hosting, bulk sales of miners, investment opportunities, support and general information. You can contact me regarding hosting services and any questions that you may have.

I know that this may seem a bit fishy because we are a new user; however, We are willing to go through any type of verification in order to prove that we are legitimate and planning to go to a larger scale. We welcome our clients to visit our farm if they have signed a contract with us.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I remove my miners or are there any miner removal fees?
A: If you break the contract there will be miner removal fees so keep those terms in mind. If you only want to remove your miners from the facility the only fees incurred will be shipping fees

Q: Can I visit the farm?
A: We offer the ability to schedule a farm tour if you are a client (You must sign a contract with us first before trying to schedule anything, exceptions may apply)

Q: What is your uptime?
A: We have a 99.5% uptime

Q: How fast do you respond to support messages?
A: So far we have been able to keep support messages responded to in less than 24 hours, we will try to keep this time up as we continue to scale

Q: Do you provide VPN access?
A: We currently do not offer this service

Q: Do you guys have import fees?
A: Yes unfortunately we do have import fees, we are trying to work with the government to minimize or remove these in the future.
[/s]

This is an update with regards to the import fees! We know this is something that many customers do not enjoy! We have changed our policy and decided that we will pay for the import fees until your machines are up and running. After that, you can pay for your import fees from your earnings from your machines! That way, the upfront cost will be a lot cheaper.
