This problem is now fixed. The pool's node daemon crashed silently overnight which impacted payments being completed. However the resulting backlog is now being worked through and all should be completed within the next few hours. Our apologises for this inconvenience!
I'm sorry for these issues. If anyone has a reference config.json to share in relation to the payments section for this coin in cryptonote universal I would be greatful.
