Tribe.Colony is the management organization for The Tribe. The Tribe is a mutual benefit organization, with the goal of leveling up ourselves and our world.

Established the tribal endowment.   This will continually direct funds to member services, as well as a small portion to grow the endowment over time.

Introduction

The Tribe is a voluntary, opt-in, mutual benefit organization akin to historical Asian mutual aid societies.  The sole purpose of its existence is to level-up its members, and level-up the world as a result.  The Tribe combines the modern principles of decentralized education, gamification, and blockchain autonomous management with ancient practices of networks, fellowships, tribes, and clans supporting each other, possibly across great distances, as Chinese mutual aid societies supported Chinese expats laboring overseas in poor working conditions with little local support.  Modern society has stripped away the support layers provided by clans of old, and this ambitious project presumes that technology can help heal that rift.

One member, one vote.  Benefits are made available equally to all members.

Who?

A single person plants a seed.   The DAO is the vehicle to build a team and germinate and grow this ambitious project.  Background is pre-Ethereum crypto engineering.   The same person is behind sister project The Complex (PLEX).

What?

This post is the seed that grows.   NFT minting (one per member) is being researched.   There is no website, yet.  There is no education app, yet.  The token and colony were just created.   This is the very beginning of the journey.
