from what i understand, are you going to really buy a physical land? i guess, it is in india as you mentioned india in your roadmap. do you really think you can implement this physically in your country? what if you can't raise enough funds to buy a parcel of land? what's your next step?
do you have existing companies in mind that you can possibly tie up with this project?
