You will see a price at which you can buy bitcoins from Unocoin and the price at which you can sell your bitcoins to unocoin. The model is similar to coinbase. Not like bitstamp.

Means I can buy as much as at buying price or sell as much as I want to sell on selling price.
Or there are also buying/selling limit, after verification my ID's.

Yes there are limits of 10 Btc for buying and 10 Btc for selling. This has got increased slowly from 0.1 Btc limits that we used to have when we started the service. The limits does help us not to go out of stock of Btc or fiat.

Thanks, I will soon verify myself and try to trade some coins.
10 Bitcoins is good limit for Indian it will equivalent to more 300k.

Sorry for chiming in and being off-topic. If bitstamp is an order matching exchange, then how is it different from localbitcoins, except for localbitcoins is escrow based and bitstamp takes the FIAT deposit ?

Technically they are similar. Except that with local bitcoins you place the order and send payment but with bitstamp you need to have your USD at exchange to place the order.
