It is easy to post announcements and announcements should normally not require major updates. This time it does.

First, as a brief notion in our adapted goal, we want to bring up the concept of local/community networks as opposed to global cryptocurrency networks.
Local cryptocurrency networks predominantly market and support local communities to offload global cryptocurrency networks. The major motivation is that it makes no sense that local payments disturb global networks that are fundamentally bloated, even with the advent of lightning. A derived consequence is that cryptocurrency networks that are regionally biased will reflect local adoption and economic competition. A second consequence is decentralisation even if Bitcoin remains the technological core. Core as a technological example and beacon of trust.

Second we want to bring oerushield to your attention, conceived during the summer of 2017, now a proven concept, harnessing small POW networks and dramatically reducing energy consumption.

Third, representing e-Gulden(EFL) we feel compelled to clarify the piracy of our name, our market and the general attitude/behaviour of Gulden(NLG).
