1 token = 1 voice. Date, time and questions are published in advance (no later than 14 days before the vote on the site www.vionusa.com and sent by e-mail. There are only two types of answers – "Yes" or "No".
At the end of February 2019, if the ICO is successfully completed, the question of which routes and in what order to build gas stations can be put to the vote.

The usage of blockchain technology in the loyalty program
As discussed in the Marketing strategy section, a loyalty program for customers of filling stations – owners and drivers of electric vehicles will be offered to retain them at gas stations.
A blockchain technology will also be used to track their participation in this program and control bonuses and their movement. As a result, each member of the loyalty program will be able to monitor their personal account, the accumulation and consumption of their funds online.
