I thought that Airdrop means that you can have free token to received but paying almost 7$ or requiring 0.01 ETH is more likely donating too. Maybe this would go this way, Send 0 ETH to the address Set Gwei and Gas.

So if team is from Vietnam this means its a fake project? Its not nice to assume based on nationality of the team and no visible evidence.
The only mistake I see they have done so far is taking 0.01 ETH and for 200k of their currency and calling it an "Airdrop", there is no other sin they have condemned besides speaking in accurate English.
I Myself consider this a very early undeveloped project that might have a bright future if managed properly, it is still the earliest days of this project.
