HX Token Swap Snapshot
As mentioned in our previous “PHOENIX Token Swap” article, we will be taking a snapshot of RPX balances sometime this weekend. The NEO blockheight for the snapshot has been set to block 2608500, which is estimated to be at around 6PM CST (UTC+8) on August 12.
The snapshot will record the balances of RPX in all addresses at block 2608500, and on August 14, we will airdrop the new PHX token to these addresses according to the snapshot. RPX held on exchanges will be swapped automatically.
As a reminder, all exchanges will have already halted trades, deposits, and withdrawals of RPX before the snapshot is taken. Please check directly with our exchange partners for details on the specific date and time of their token swap procedures.

renaming coin and going silent looks like huge red flag. Researched it myself and didn't find much .
