There's not much movement here in the bitcointalk thread. Maybe planets are too expensive to generate any type of interest from investors, considering most people are 80% down from their portfolio ATH. Why would they be buying a planet at these prices if their portfolios have been bleeding for so long, and the exoplanets doing the complete opposite, being sold at much higher prices from the ICO? The only people profiting now are exoplanet owners. The market, as for any other coin, token or project, will wait until price adjust to a more relative level with the overall situation or prices in the board, in my opinion.
I think with the investment in the project participate exoplanets could give a great advantage for those of us who join into the project are due in view of the purpose of the project is also great October 23, 2018, 09:43:03 AM

This project is packed with great innovative ideas and endless possibilities powered by blockchain technology, i see the concept of it and i must say am fascinated by it all, i think this will surely attract investors looking for great and innovative project, but seem to be on the high side though. There will be a total of 3700 ExoPlanets (which are ERC721 tokens) as NASA's database states there are only 3700 confirmed ExoPlanets at the moment.
There will be a total of 175 million ExoTokens (ERC20 tokens) for the game's economy and mining engine.

The idea is not bad, I think there are few parts need to be added to the project idea so that we can all this a perfect idea. Well, have you ever considered about partnership with other project in order to get more attention from investors?

To sell the names of exoplanets is certainly an interesting activity, but the question is how it will be monetized. I would like to see your white paper and information about the team.

Our project and gameflow is a pretty simple one and we do not feel it justifies a white paper. The entire construct of the game is described in our website, we like to look at it more as a game than an ICO or other crypto related investments, and we think that writing a white paper just because it's the standard is not something we want or need to do.
To address your question: We monetize on the initial sale of new ExoPlanets and from a 4%-7% fee from every ExoPlanet sale/purchase between players.
We will gladly answer any and all questions you might still have, if you read all the info on our website and still haven't found your answer.
Regarding our team, since we are a new gaming studio and this is our first project not much info is available on us. However, this will probably change quickly, depending on the success of ExoPlanets. Intro:
Every planet outside of our solar system is called "ExoPlanet". Currently, there are only 3,786 confirmed ExoPlanets according to NASA's database.
We are using this database as a new take on the crypto games genre and will allow players to own and trade ExoPlanets, which are ERC721 tokens, with real scientific names and data, taken driectly from NASA.
The game will offer amazing and innovative features like our CryptoMatching mechanism, unseen before 3D graphics and interactive playable environments.

We aim to evolve the crypto games genre by creating actual games that are interactive and playable. We want to justify the games in "crypto games".
Main Features:
- Marketplace for different and unique 3D ExoPlanets with real names and data from NASA.
- CryptoMatching - A new and innovative feature that will match your ExoPlanet to one of CoinMarketCap's top 50 coins.
The performance of your CryptoMatch from the real live crypto market will influence your ExoPlanet's stats directly. - Evolving your ExoPlanet from a barren rock planet all the way to a live civilization with space exploration capabilites.
- Exploring space, taking over smaller resource planets.
- Mining resources and ExoTokens from resource planets, which are ERC20 tokens that will be used to advance further in the game.
They will not be purchasable and can only be obtained by mining in the game with our Proof-Of-Gaming mechanism, or via our bounties. - Monthly prize pool for the players with the most resource planets on the galaxy board.
- Mobile app and minigames using Unity Engine in future updates.
Presale:
The presale will allow early fans and followers to have a chance at owning some of the first ExoPlanets on the market.
Only 100-200 ExoPlanets will be up for sale during the presale, and only ~3700 ExoPlanets will ever exist in the game, due to
the fact that the game is built on NASA's database of confirmed ExoPlanets in the known galaxy.
Early adopters will have a clear advantage, as they will secure their ownership before the main game is launched.
