Absolutely.
They don't have an established foundation with board of members who have an equal rights in taking decisions about the direction of their project.
So their dev just fucked them ...

As if to add insult to injury, less than 24 hours after Directbet emailed me and said it was not possible to refund bets that were sent while their site was down...their site is down and their punters are receiving refunds.
Directbet said that refunding bets whilst their site was down would breach their provable fairness and explicitly told me that they'd never do this. So why are they refunding punters today and not when I started my fateful session at the weekend?
I'm starting to see more and more warning signs that all is not right at Directbet.

Did you actually verify the hashes for your bet outcomes... if so, DB didn't do anything wrong in that regard. As for not showing you how much you were down, I don't think any casino planning on staying in business would openly tell you how staggering your losses are... they'd rather you continue to chase not calculating how much you are down. Having said that, DB doesn't keep any of the coins on their site so each and every bet would have been placed through your wallet... this means you should have been able to see the net affect of your balance decreasing.

But a different question: You guys think, he is going to buy more crypto-currency projects to merge them with Darkcoin?

Sorry for this disaster, tough one to swallow. Just aim for 1000drk, at least you have a masternode and if we become like Mastercard to Bitcoin's Visa it's going to be worth a lot more than the 28k drk were now.

I think the LTB interview was excellent, bravo
few things that hit me:
1 - Bitcoin is not fungible (if someone could prove your coins were previously stolen / used illegally there's the potential you don't own them anymore)
2 - 'We want to be the Mastercard to Bitcoin's Visa' - wow, a lot of Bitcoiners who think all 'all altcoins are sh*t' probably just poop their pants. And if not they should
3 - 5% of bitcoin network is a sybil attack - how many Bitcoiners new this?
4 - Evan comes across v strong as intelligent and passionate about this project, no problem to express his ideas and vision, and on a bitcoin show lol
