advertising crap about a bullshit coin.

You are buying gold for someone else and trusting them with it. Think about that. It's moronic.

Go advertise somewhere else.

Look @ http://4thjulycoin.com/ . Have some mining pool  - http://inn.hash.sx/ , some BCT place: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=700145.80

"INNcoin is backed by 100 grams of physical gold stored in one of Anthem’s Salt Lake City vaults."

Hahahaha, I have old biscuit tins with more gold than that in them. Are you serious?
Hey...what ammount BTC is backed with ? ...or any other coin ....just wondering .....?

Centralized digital currencies backed by gold are far older than Bitcoin... they didn't end up well, because they were raided of their gold by the government: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/E-gold

It kind of defeats the point.

What happens if something bad were to happen to that gold in the vault?  The coin is worthless...

I did, and came away laughing.  Cheesy

Who in their right head is going to waste money on GPUs and electricity to buy a microscopic share of someone else's minute gold reserve? Why not just buy some gold? Baffling. At least then you know it exists.

Turning the point to gold......?    Why  ?   I will tell you ......cuz no other crypto have a minimum price ! .....And you must know it !   If you don't.......................you know what to do  Grin

Guys, just stop it. I can confirm camosoul issue. Anyone actually can do this - just run your wallet in testnet, grab 10K+ coins from test faucet, wait for about an hour and you'll see it by yourself. Issue http://jira.darkcoin.qa/browse/DRK-28 is already assigned to Evan and I hope we'll get some response from him soon.

Then let him resolve it in a professional manner and not bash everyone on the head that has worked their ass off to make this project a success.

The work on Testnet by the developers and testers was relentless, people have sweat blood for this project, worked long hours and shown a level of dedication that would make any project manager green with envy.

Saying "Thank You" and showing appreciation is a very important part of the process.

Great words!!  +11

Many here my self included have seen thousands of dollars evaporate.  Still we do not dump our holdings, This is because we know there is something wrong with this world and we want to be apart of the solution. We believe that crypto can set us free.

I have no remorse when I am playing on the Legacy banking systems platform, selling and buying highly leveraged products just to make a quick profit.

I dont care if im buying/selling into indices, companies, currency or commodity. I take the profit that the market provides.

But crypto has begun to become a pet project for me. I can see how capitalism is destroying our future, although i'm participating in it (its hypocritical i know) but it is just much easier than digging holes for a living.

It might be naive to think that we can change the world, but in the long run I think there might be a major shift upcoming and, just maybe we are on top of that change.

Thats why DRK is in my long term holdings. I missed out on BTC. but im not missing out on DRK.

"There can only be one" is bullshit.

Can't wait to see what surprises Evan has in store for us. Judging from the number of times I've been amazed by the amount of thought put into some of DRK's current features, it'll be good. I'm betting it will be something that increases revenue for masternode owners. Unannounced "financial incentives" have been mentioned in the past.

+1 yes yes... nudge nudge wink wink... say no more ... Wink

I'm still waiting to know what Eltito meant by "Numerous cottage industries around the Masternode network..."

No thanks, we already have debt backed currency, it's called Fiat.

Why would I want a gold backed currency?  It just creates a weak point for that currency that can be exploited over time.  It could get stolen, something could happen to the vault, or even better, someone could start a war to fight for that gold... No wait...

Announcing New DarkCoin-accepting Service: Jesse Livermore's Whale Watch Warning
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.8383741

I'm sick of watching small guys get run over by these f'n whales.
I love warning these guys, however can't watch all markets at once.
So for 50 DRK I will give a thorough analysis of anyone worried about their current crypto holdings.

JL

I think 50 DRK is a bit steep too...

Also, since you are willing to take DRK as a payment, i'm guessing my DRK investment will most likely not have been a poor one.

How about you give us one freebie and give us your take on what you think the bottom will/might be, and what we can expect after that?

That way we can all refer to your take on this if we want future advise.

Dark on

Huge reversal off this downtrend in the short-term and rally back up to .00071.
Medium-term advance back up above .01 and continue the uptrend.
Long-term new highs in 3-6 months.
Of course if .0055 is ever broken.....all bets are off and it's good night bitcointalk for awhile for me whilst I go and get my securities lawyer buddy to help me sue DyslexicZombei for my 100 DRK back (re: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=626715.0;all).
Oh, and you guys were right about 50 DRK being kind of steep. 15 might be better for starters.
JL

Hmm...MintPal broke .0055, however there was no confirmation from Craptsy nor Bitfinex. I remain long with the stop that must confirm across exchanges.
