hugeblack is actually implying that there is a lot of bot post or probably multiple accounts under one control that posted on your thread after you created it. It's either: you paid them or they used this thread to increase their post count (which is highly unlikely because there's merit to rank up). You should clarify this if it's not the case.

there are two different options:
first is when you are doing exchange with another person using your bank card and the second is when you are using direct instant purchase of your wallet.
Second option requires verification cause its going via payment system.

its only depends on how fast your SEPA transfer will be deposit to the buyers account. If you are using SEPA instant credit then it will come in a minute.
