Since they wanted to operate as an exchange per se, disclosing team members is highly suggested.
I don't know what's the take of Sharjah State or UAE in general towards regulating a cryptocurrency exchange.
Are you operating in a free zone in Sharjah? I'm not familiar with that place but been in Sharjah before few times.
