What is the physical location of your exchange's office or where it is registered ? It should be registered with legal entities lawfully,no ? What are those benefits which token holders will have simply as holder of them if they are not share holder ? You should state this thing clearly because not everyone is going to dig in whitepaper for these basic questions.
