There's only three things that bring miners to a pool:

1: Features.
2: Rewards.
3: Marketing.

Features is a tough one because pool mining is... well... more or less a non-interactive task that just requires you to set it up and wait for the money to roll in. A lot of pools differentiate themselves by adding additional pages, enhancing the UI, ensuring availability, and generally making their pool look not like every other pool, hopefully providing additional value in the process.

Rewards are easier to understand: You're competing in a free market, where anyone can choose a 0% fee pool and just stay there perfectly happy. It's hard to compete against free, but it can be done. Set up a competition around your pool, and bring people in that way. The old adage remains true here: It takes money to make money.

Marketing is all about branding and reach. You've got a great domain, try building on that for your brand and developing those ideas more. Get your message out there. Are you on Facebook? Do your friends mine? Why don't you try asking them to help you out? It's money in their pockets! Get them to spread the word for you. I'd have probably done that before you made the public announcement just so you're not announcing a empty pool. At the moment I'm literally the ONLY one mining on your pool... so I may as well just be solo mining.

Started mining with you, looks good so far. Smiley

Thanks - Now if only we could get a few more miners on board...
