Everything up and running, need more workers 
I think, you should check some stuff like relation between web service and pool. There are no correct or even no data of hashrate of worker or net hashrate. No information of worker at which hashrate they are working, they are not listed on pool window. As block finder there is just nick5832 in finder window is also no information. My worker had found some block.
