It is good that you test the specialists and check their knowledge but it is very important to teach the persons that they will get a knowledge.

Partnerships will ensure that this project will have a good support system.
So to have as many as partnerships as they can would be a great advantage for the sustenance of the project.
And as for testing the specialists, they should need a network of real experts in various fields tied up with well known Institutions that can handle such technical expertise.
Suggesting that they need to partner with those Institutions also.
Can I ask the dev team if they have consulted those Institutions which can help them identify the authenticity of technical expertise of a person aside from the submitted portfolio?

Intelligent Hero is created and ran by a group of professionals these professionals are responsible for the workings of the platform. Our team will be responsible for the ﬁrst set of tests that will be administered on the community platform. After that, there will be custom tests that will be created by heroes, who have proved their competence in the relevant vector. The test is reviewed by the heroes of the same vector. Each approval is paid for by the platform. Then the test result becomes a block that employers will use to create tasks for virtual interviews.
