Im not sure for an idea with supply 1 Million (ICO) be good idea. Then I see the website cant able share who's core and an advisor behind these project. Think again about it (consider). The token be listed at Forkdelta and other market. So goodluck.

This is not features, almost every not-blockchain based freelance marketplace has such features. Such freelance service I see a new one every week or even more often, but your one don't have anything unique and don't need blockchain.
