They claim to have a company called CryptoFactory d.o.o..

"May 2017 - CryptoFactory became legaly registered company with offices in Belgrade, Serbian and Sofia, Bulgaria"

However, there is no such company registered in Serbia.

This is the government site to search for Serbian legal entities:

Check "Пocлoвнo имe:" and type: "CryptoFactory" or "Crypto Factory".

No such company. Classical Scam!

There is also no other company registered by "Stefan Pejčić"

We use green enery - 97% of the total electricity consumption that our facilities use comes from our Hanwah solar panels and for ventilation we use natural air circulation by keeping each pod (28mining rigs in a room) on a different pressure level. For maintenance we have a 3-shifts system of surveillance in order to lower our response time in case of a problem or emergency. We created a faucet script for cfrs tokens on WordPress, for purpose of demonstrating the extendable usage of the token

To give you a short answer: Yes it will be tradeable. We're currently negotiating it with 2 exchanges and expect CFRS to start trading in 3/2018.
and no, it's current and main application is on mining platforms, but it's easily extendable (as shown on the faucet example).
