This looks ambitious. With many teams, I'd be concerned with your ability to deliver this vision. Your team crushed the ClearPoll deliverables, so your track-record is solid. You're definitely targeting a need. I imagine the lessons learned developing the ClearPoll blockchain give you a big head start with this project.
Agreed, it is ambitious simply because it's something new. Very achievable for us though, we've already planned out all of the technical requirements. The process will be very similar to ClearPoll actually, we will get started on a working prototype whilst working on the actual "design" at the same time. Very confident in the end result!
