FieldCoin will connect landowners with potential investors and funders while enabling cheaper transfer of properties to companies and individuals. It aims at creating a stable transaction instrument that will ease the process of acquiring land and agribusiness.

The ERC721 token linked to the specific land you bought will be in reality represents a percentage of the Real estate company. You ll only swap company shares. This is what can be done for now. We have a protocol ready when the blockchain based land registries will start to expand like it is doing in Sweden, Russia and Dubai for example. Also note that anytime, you will be able to get the ownership of your land the traditional way with all the paperwork but you will have to pay the normal fees applied in the country for this transaction. Hi Ranggena! You will be 1st acquiring Fieldcoin ERC20 tokens. Those tokens will give you access to the platform to benefit from multiple services... You can crowdfund some agricultural projects initiated by other users, check the traceability of a specific land of the eco-system (all the informations about levels of inputs used such as chemicals, previous land owners and do so on, will be recorded. And last but not least as you mentioned land trading! In practice you can either buy or sell your land on the platform. How does it work? You will buy an ERC721 token backed by a specific land or land plot. You will be the sole and unique owner of the property and your token. When you want to sell it, just fill an announcement on the platform and you will get Fieldcoin ERC20 tokens for your land.

The Blockchain is the mean to ease land property transactions. Our platform will be user friendly and people who don't know much about the Blockchain will still be able to use our platform, buy land and manage remotly from their IT devices.
There are a lot of free and unused land spaces even in Japan. I believe this FieldCoin project makes agriculture more valuable.
