Good on them not going the ICO route. You want industry related investors. ICOs are IT mainly, wrong sector really. Not even mentioning the legal drawbacks.

Even investment costs are very high in real life. Methanol production generally needs governmental subsidies to stay alive at many county. How you will deal with the high investment costs and long pay-back times? I know its environmental friendly and world needs it bu why any investor would need to risk their investments. You need more clear documentation for you desired governmental subsidies.

Looks like they changed their strategy and decided to look for investors in some more traditional way. Their site tells "if you want more detailed information on investment, please give us a call". An old way for older people 
. The same way there are still some retail sale companies who tell on their website "call us to place an order"

Actually Switzerland and Germany are the best locations due to the sensibility to the CO2 challenge and therefore taxation of fossil based fuels that release additional CO2 into the atmosphere. Consumers for the methanol synthesis plants are fuel industry and plastic producers. Methanol is the 2nd most traded fluid worldwide. And for CO2 neutral methanol there is high demand.

to be honest with some articles in the medium you will not go far. your project should show real strength so that investors buy its tokens. something that worked many months ago now does not work. im think we need to launch a lot of advertising otherwise nothing will work. but these are my thoughts you can certainly do as you like.

This is the type of project and solution I like from a technical and business use point of view as I can see the impact and use of this technology. Many green energy struggle due to the issue with battery tech being behind the curve.

Thank you for your question. Environmental ICOs are on the rise and are contributing positively to the environment. We believe (and hope) that the Silent ICO will open the eyes of other companies to the opportunity of carbon-neutral Methanol production and inspire competition. There is currently plenty of room for many companies to profit and grow in this space.
Increased output will lead to increased adoption of Methanol as a fuel, which in turn will increase the opportunity for everyone. Furthermore, an increase in carbon neutral Methanol will put more pressure on governments to implement taxes and restrictions on traditional methanol suppliers in order for them to switch to carbon neutral production. They will be looking for technology and production partners such as us.
As a side note, we believe that competition is more likely to be triggered as a result of the increase in Carbon emission regulations than as a result of our ICO. In either situation, we will be one step ahead with a distinct first mover advantage.

I dont agree with that but must say that these guys are on the verge of breakthrough. What they lack is a whip. U know, whip. Quick punch in an unprotected part of ur body followed by immediate retreat back. Means attacker whips u at distance as if with a lash, and recedes back before u can react. I am looking to help the coin to get much needed acceptance in a nuthouse.

Will you have your first methanol plant operating next year even if you only reach the soft cap of your project? 3 million CHF is too low for that kind of industrial plant if you want to make large-scale production. I can see on your roadmap that you will invest 13 million CHF on your plant, if you collect your soft cap and the project goes ahead but without the funds to build the production plant, what will be your next steps? Invest more on R&D? Regards.
Hello cryptodrunk, that's a very interesting question.
With the soft cap we can start at least R&D and have a build ready plan of a plant. Then we have a chance to fund the project with private equity if the ICO won’t get the hard cap.

Hello, the ECONIMO is not the Methanol synthesis plant. It’s one of the elements of the Silent ecosystem that will use the methanol we will produce with the new and still not existing plants we want to fund with this project. The plant has a cost of approximately (150k).
The key data of ECONIMO (series 1) :
- A capacity of 30kW electricity, 80kW heat or 32kW cold.
- A heat pump backup system of about 54kW heat
- Consumption about 18 liters/h at full power
- variants for 60-70 kW cold only in hot region ( absorption chiller)
- fits for a 15 flat building in central Europe or for about 8-10 houses in common.
- Tank capacity around 20 to 50 tons methanol (1 ton = 1100 liters)
- Exhaust gas analysis: some CO gas but wide under the limits. Almost no NOx and no residues of unburnt carbon connection at all. All in all as harmless as a rice cooker.

Projects for the real economy in my experience do not give the profit that promise initially. Simply because all the niche is busy and with such small means not to attract large developments.

What price do you predict for the token and what market cap could SLNT reach?
We will not predict any future price for our tokens, but we ensures some additional benefits for our token holders.
1) The company distributes 82% of EBIT among token holders. This means token holders can expect yearly ROI of approximately 15% on their investment. This may vary with electricity and methanol prices.
2) In case of acquisition of Silent by another company, 35% of the total acquisition price will be distributed among token holders.

The number of econimo plants will be built is depend on how much funds we will raise. We will use 72% of funds to build methanol synthesis plants.

I think if the ICO only involves the local community, the income will not be maximized, and if the ICO is not reached the project will be jammed or transferred to other parties. it is a very painful choice
