well ICO ended on aug 15 isn't ? but now no response from the team on twitter telegram

The NIAT will be the local token equivalent of the IA Tokens. It will reside within each
individual real estate market and is pegged against the country’s native currency. As such, each
country will have its own NIAT. It will not be minted on its own and can only be purchased using IA
Tokens. This is to ensure that end users are not being exposed to the volatility of the
cryptocurrency markets.

Real estate investing has been one of the most profitable ventures known to man. Totalling up
the global property value (inclusive of residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural land),
the market cap is a staggering value of above US$210 trillion with residential property making
up about 75% of it.

I'm from Manila, where is your office based? I'm seeing big companies posted in your website specially Sage can you confirm your partnership with them? Did you know it's  prohibited to use name of person or company without their permission? If we call all those companies posted in your website can you make it sure that they will validate your partnership with them?

I'm not saying this project is a scam but some partnership in their website is questionable. I will be very careful and do a lot of research on this project!

The world and market for real estate is quite big and this is the industry that produces more millionaires than other industries. I am then happy and proud that there is now a project focusing on the real estate in the Philippines. As a young country or maybe as a country made up of young and younger people, the potential in using the blockchain technology here can be so lucrative...this can the pioneering move so the first mover advantage can be exploited to the max by the project. Our plan is to target the developing countries in S.E.A. first as such countries pose a similar set of problems that the IAT platform can solve. At the moment, we will be launching the platform first in the Philippines market since we have already been in business here for the last 6 years. The next destination will be determined after our team has done the research and analysis post-ICO. The role of the token will be utility based and can also be used to purchase goods and services from our partner merchants.

With regards to benefits of hodl, we feel that the market has progressed and matured to a stage where the crypto community is beginning to realize that the business of the company post-ICO is very important now in determining the sustainability, long term benefits and value of the tokens. In the crypto space currently, we feel that there is a lack of real estate project that really tackles the issues faced by the industry as most projects have been really just focusing on the crowdfunding aspect of real estate. Though there are some that have a similar cause which is good for the industry but our focus is quite different as we are focused on the developing countries in S.E.A with most of these countries posting GDP growth of close to 7% and we have existing property investment and management businesses in the Philippines for the last 6 years. As such, we believe that the project presents an opportunity with a different focus on the real estate market.

Now there are so many companies that are actively moving in this area through ICO, that I naturally have a question, and will this concept be competitive? For the most part, the idea is not new and there are already a lot of companies in this market. And in this area, authority and reliability play a role, it will be very difficult to draw a line of success. Of course I wish good luck to the project, and  will try to support the benefit of a very successful Manager and a lot of trust in him.

The priority would be to develop the IAT Platform to cater to the various functions of a traditional real estate industry with IA Token. As for asset acquisition, it will be more of a mid-long term plan and acquisition can be in the form of residential, commercial or even joint-development with developers or land owners.

Acquisition will also be done over careful planning where assets acquired will be for revenue generation rather than a "quick flip" of the assets for profits.

Also, we hope to position the IAT Platform such that it will be ready to work with government bodies when they are open to using the Blockchain for actual asset ownership transfer. At the moment, any real estate transfer over Blockchain are mostly just transfer of rights rather than the actual ownership of it.

Interesting project, but why does it need its own IAT token?
If real estate assets are intended to be bought with IAT token, how will the project handle any potential liquidity issues for these large purchases?

Will the IAT platform be 100% developed and its database powered by Ai? Is there any human interference (broker) in any transaction using the IAT?
