This maybe one that gets crypto to the masses as its a real in use case with plan in place to market and grow. Very strong token sale where they have also been advised by PWC to make sure all the compliance is squeaky clean.

TOKEN DISTRIBUTION



Zapaygo is deploying a 3 stage roll-out plan to deliver a robust & compliant token offering.


1) PRIVATE TOKEN SALE

The private token sale is for $8.5m :-

Bonus of 60% for the first $2m which is the equivalent of a 37.5% discount giving an offer price of $0.00625
Bonus of 40% for the remaining $6.5m which is equivalent of a 28.6% discount giving an offer price of $0.0071

During the private token sale Zapaygo will issue holding tokens which will automatically be replaced by / swapped for a more powerful smart contract based utility ZAP token (ERC20) within 1-3 months after issue.
 
2) PRE ICO - 25% bonus

Following the initial private sale round the Utility Token ICO (ZAPs) will be split in multiple rounds: Pre-ICO and Public ICO to fund the further development of the platform, create new products, finance integrations and partnership agreements and design the complementary RewardZ MarketPlace eco-system.
The holding token will be converted to more capable ZAP tokens over 3-6 months.

 
3) PUBLIC ICO - No bonus

Utility ZAP tokens to be used in the RewardZ MarketPlace to buy vouchers (consumers); post offers (venues/brands); run advertising campaigns; gain consumer insights; reports and analytics.

Bonus tokens will be issued via Zapaygo’s loyalty program to venues and brands. This will allow them to offer ZAP tokens to customers as part of a loyalty and marketing programme, creating a true perpetual eco-system. Zapaygo will also run joint promotions with businesses with an allocation of tokens to drive user adoption. This way, ZAPs are recycled within in the eco-system, driving perpetual growth.
In this phase, users can exchange freely among multiple currencies, whether those currencies are Zapaygo Tokens or Subordinate venue/service provider-issued Exogenous currencies such as BTC,LTC,ETH, etc





Token Distribution
During the Private Sale Zapaygo will issue holding tokens which will automatically be replaced for a more powerful, smart contract based, utility ZAP token (ERC-20) within 1-3 months after issue.

Zapaygo’s holding tokens will be converted to saleable and usable utility smart tokens within a 1 to 3 month period. This gives token buyers liquidity at an early stage rather than being locked in with equity via angel investments in start ups. Buyers will be able to use the tokens to receive significant rewards, priority access in participating venues, and other valuable benefits.

The tokens will be issued to ensure that a viable split primarily between users, venues
and partners. These tokens will seed the RewardZ MarketPlace and kick-start the exciting new eco-system where users, venues and brands upcycle tokens between each other in exchange for products and services, to gain rewards and promotions and generate valuable data.


Use of Funds
The funds are needed to expand the number of venues accepting Zapaygo, invest in R&D, grow the team and enrich the application and platform features and deliver the RewardZ MarketPlace. This will ensure Zapaygo is the breakthrough brand that establishes an immovable market leading position and becomes the preferred mobile ordering and payment platform for hospitality operators, and an essential media partner for global brands.
