i don't understand when you say receive 1000 tokens in your ETH address at the end of ICO..so what happens if i don't have 1 ETH in my balance at the end of ICO and i've already sent the 0.00000001 ETH for airdrops?
Your 0.00000001 ETH were returned immediately – look at your transaction in detail. You even can send exactly 0 ETH if your wallet supports this. This transaction is only needed to apply your participation to AirDrop. At the end of the period all participants will receive tokens proportionally to their balances at that moment.

Because it is the most honest AirDrop on smart contract. We do not collect any funds during ICO/AirDrop, so to participate you need to spend a little bit gas

Please send 0 ETH, this will allow our smart contract to sing up your wallet for AirDrop. A lot of wallets allows to send 0 ETH. If your wallet not supports – send the most tiny amount (for example 0.0001 ETH) it allows – any sent amount will be immediately returned back to your wallet in exactly the same transaction by smart contract.

So after we send eth to your contract, we need more than 1 eth for the snapshot to join the airdrop?
All ETH you sent to contract we immediately returned back to you, you can see this on etherscan.io transaction information.
You will receive VIP coins proportionally to your ETH balance by 1000:1 proportion. For example 0.1ETH will give you free 100 VIP coins.
VIP coins will be distributed on December 24 2017
Snapshot of user balances will be done right before distribution on December 24 2017
