Issued Metamo tokens (MTM) focus on the "work" that is essential in our lives. This is extremely important, and since things are set up so that Metamo tokens are put into use for employment, changing jobs, wages, and incentives, they're designed so that their versatility and liquidity will become extremely high. 1. Metamo Card

The system works by recording how off they are in arriving to work compared to a set time based on position information their smartphone has obtained. Of course, dwell time is also an important parameter. An auto check-in feature can also be used that's based on status estimation. With auto check-in, there's no need for cards or screen tapping.

Finances and development plan
- 49% of MTM issued during the ICO will be distributed by investors.
- 30% of MTM issued during the ICO will be assigned for the development of the Metamo Platform.
- 21% of MTM issued during the ICO will be assigned to preparation use tokens and will be frozen for a period of one year with the calculation date as the ICO end date in accordance with the details of paragraph 8.3. In order to protect investors, if you are using preparation tokens to carry out new fundraising, the approval of an auditor and adviser will be required after having submitted a business plan. If it is deemed unnecessary, the preparation use tokens will be revoked.
