Hi rishiikesh, i would correct you, because we don't substitute cement. We use cement in combination of other pozzolan materials( metakaolin, silica fume, nature pozzolans)  to reach better mechanical parameters of our products. True our unique technology we can replace the traditional concrete, traditional ceramic and other construction materials because our products are stronger, affordable, longer lasting and eco friendly. All materials are available and depend the region and local materials DigiLab software create unique recipes. The building technologies used our materials will be the same like present and because the production with Hypercon is fully automated we don't need many skilled workers.

Hi jomidasma, for production we use standard building materials like different minerals( crushed stones, sand, etc), silica fume, flying ash, cement, water and additives. Because of unique technology we can adapt the recipes to the local material all around the world. This materials are nature materials and scraped products true the crusher and mill we can use again. Of course we use recycling materials to - like milled glass powder, faelit( waste material from enrichment of copper ore) any waste from natural stone production etc. Depend of supply possibilities are different recipes, but the characteristics of the final product are every time the same.

Interesting to see something as a substitute for cement with the growing demand for construction and also as alternates for costly flooring materials. But how can I be sure about the durability of this precast material? Is it better than cement? Are they available as easily as cement? Can any unskilled worker use this for construction or should it be used by experts?

It's good to find projects like this. To go green is the future! Thank you for using 100% recyclable materials. Are they also approved to be used in building standards? And, once it gets popular and you get a very high demand, how will you ensure the constant supply of the materials?
