What is the next process of Numoney sir?

UPDATE:
Our developers have been working tirelessly to deploy the exchange securely. We have been testing the exchange internally last week and now we're seeking early users/testers. If you are keen, send us an email to [email protected] with the subject "Early exchange user", tell us whether you will be looking at depositing fiat or ETH, and we will get back to you.

Note: Please state how much ETH or SGD you will be looking to deposit.

I need to understand what is the meaning with "fiat-in and fiat-out through physical stores across Asia". Would you make a short explanation about it?

We are going to have 2 retail stores in Singapore (Raffles Place and Tai Seng), 1 retail store in Jakarta, Indonesia and 1 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Users will be able to deposit cash into their exchange accounts and withdraw cash through any of our retail stores in the following currencies:
  • SGD
  • MYR
  • IDR

Instead of being forced to use Xfers or trade P2P with anonymous traders, NuMoney makes it easy for consumers to cash in and cash out of crypto through our retail stores. Dealing with cash, and having cash vaults in our retail stores allows us to stay operational as an exchange even if the banks decides to shut down our accounts. We have seen this happening in many local exchanges. One example is Luno:

Can entries be outsourced or must they be original work? (What I mean is can I buy from someone else where I own the rights, and enter it)

Sure you can! As long as I have the confirmation that you have bought the rights of the content!

I need to understand what is the meaning with "fiat-in and fiat-out through physical stores across Asia". Would you make a short explanation about it?

As I understand it, there will be locations across Asia where people can deposit physical cash and have it appear on the online exchange. Withdrawals will be processed in cash as well.

How exactly would an "IEO" kickstart liquidity on the exchange? Wouldn't you need a couple days to let customers add to the orderbook before opening trading, or at least a dedicated liquidity provider? Or do you plan to use the money from the IEO to stack your own orders...?

Liquidity happens when:

1. There exist users that have deposited their cryptocurrency to trade
2. There exist users with fiat credit in their account
3. There is trading activity
4. And most importantly, there must be users.

Bonus if:
* There exists an arbitrage opportunity -- more incentive for trading activity

---

With that understood, when the IEO happens, a few things happen.
1. In order to purchase NMX tokens, users have to register an account, and deposit their ETH into the exchange
2. Users who do not have NMX tokens can deposit fiat, and purchase ETH (forming an arbitrage opportunity)

This forms the bedrock of trading, having users and coins to trade.

---

After the IEO, NuMoney coffers will be enriched with USD$7.5M, for which it really is an advance on the future earnings (from fees) albeit at a 66% loss, for which we will use these funds to continually arbitrage our exchange.

And we can do that because from our OTC operations, we have ready liquidity providers and organic buy side demand. The hope is that over time, the exchange bootstraps itself. And it should, because NuMoney is launching concurrently in 3 countries at the same time. Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia -- 3 countries in south-east asia with really poor liquidity (maybe except Indonesia because they have bitcoin.co.id)

I hope this answers your query sufficiently.

Thanks for your answers. If you are purely using your own orderbook, it seems like you will be quite illiquid at the start. Let's hope the arbing incentive disallows that. Good luck with your project.
